There was a car chase and shoot out in dc...after a shooting near the capital building and car chase near the white house to the capital.
20 years ago there was a battle in Mogadishu, Somalia with a black hawk down.
There were several bodies off the coast of Italy many were Somalis trying to escape some of the unrest and poor conditions.
Joshua tree national park got shut down along with all the national parks with the government shut down. Closing parks now is like closing malls during Christmas time~since it is a popular time to visit parks of the US.
